A marionette I made years and years ago, but the strings had deteriorated, so I had to do some repairs.

My uncle used to joke that when I visit him when he moves into a nursing home, and he's sitting in a wheelchair hunched forward staring down, please, for the love of God, make sure the socks he's wearing match.

It took me a second to figure out the Uncle reference. I'm not looking forward to the daily insults of aging, I'd better wrap my head around it.
