Instead of telling someone “Good job.” or “Well done.” or “Way to go.” , I’ve been saying “Pikki Pikki.”
When they inquisitively repeat it back to me, I spell it out for them and tell them to look it up on the internet.
Then they know what they know, if you know what I mean.
