How to use old Cellar smilies
These instructions were compiled by another member, and I haven't personally tested them. My understanding is also that Undertoad has given a thumbs-up on what is essentially hotlinking from the old site; please let us know if that's not the case.

In cellar.org Smilie List:
Right click on desired smilie image.
Open in new tab/window.
Copy url in address bar.
Here in cellar.boardhost.com:
Place text cursor at location for smilie in post.
Click on Image icon in toolbar.
Paste url in box.
Click on OK.
Enjoy using all of the old familiar cellar.org smilies.
