    My dad has made a new kiddie table for the grandkids. He has made several of them, based on a design by my mom's father, and this is one of the latest:

    nice!  might want some removable corner bumpers though, if they are of the charging-about 2' high type of grandkids.....

    The finish is gorgeous and attractive design.  Too nice for rug rats.
    Is there anything we can't see in the picture that braces it from wiggle side to side?

    Not as much as I might have done, but there is a skirt under the top, and you can barely see a brace on the legs on the left.
