Earworms. Songs stuck in your head

Can't think why   (the lyrics are on the vid for those not into my kind of music)

Usually I get older songs stuck but this is current so I hear it on the radio constantly ....but that does not purge  I like the song, but I could really do without.... well you know.

Next!    (please have something hideous stuck in your head so I can revel in your discomfort)

I have no idea why this just popped into my head, but apparently it was sharp and barbed

Re: Earworms. Songs stuck in your head

News to me: Harry Connick Jr. played EVERY INSTRUMENT on this track--

Gay. Black. One-eyed. Junkie. Genius.

Despite his talent and life story, few people outside New Orleans know about the pianist James Booker, but within serious jazz circles he's legend.

New Orleans lore has it that District Attorney Harry Connick Sr. made a deal with Booker, making a prison sentence for drug possession go away in exchange for piano lessons for his son, Harry Connick Jr.

Yup.

I don't feel less weird, but I do feel a lot less alone.

Good Company, indeed.

Re: Earworms. Songs stuck in your head

This be stuck.

This is the first time I've seen the video.  I have previously thought Mick Jagger joins Aerosmith and channels a little AC/DC ....among other things....... but now... Queen?  I'm not even sure if I like this track or not, but the fucker's stuck....

Like stuck stuck -I get to the point where I have to listen to it so see if that will shake it (and it does for a bit) but.....Why?  I mean, I could be hella worse but  there's no emotional attachment here....
