    I see a need for 'sticky' threads to help users with ANSWERS to common issues, e.g.

    -posting images / image hosting
    -avoiding the CAPTCHA (cookies settings?)
    -other issues there have been multiple questions about?

    Re: 1 and 2, if someone can describe the correct procedures to me, I can create dummy-proof technical documentation (a skill I have learned while training doctors to use new software). I can type up a draft document with numbered steps, screenshots and captions, then convert to PDF once Moderators/Cellar members review for clarity? Thoughts? I'll start on this right away.. but first I actually need to know the answers.
