Side note:

I took a shop class (way) back in the day, print shop.

I learned how to set type, lead type, from a set of shallow cases of individual tiny sticks of metal with a raised, reversed image of a single letter, individually selected and assembled to spell words.. The case closest to me was comprised of lower case letters, and the case above was filled with....

WAIT FOR IT.....

....

UPPER CASE LETTERS.

I don't know. I just feel on an upswing today. I have that...I don't know ..anticipatory feeling, like an underlying excitement but there's nothing to be excited for...

..I'm using a pill organizer so I have a clear visual of whether I've taken my Vitamins D and B, in the morning and at lunchtime. Doing a chewable multi vitamin also.

A secondary benefit of using a pill organizer it you can tell at a glance what day it is while still groggy in the morning.
