The script writer has a vision, the director massages it to make it doable, the cinematographer adds his 2¢,
but the camera jockey has to do it... often at great risk.

In this case they just strapped the camera jockey to Milner's coupe for the closeups.
But you'll never watch that film again without noticing that strap. Bwahahahaaha
