A couple in California get a notice from the city the boat and trailer next to the house is an eyesore.
They can either move it off the property or put up a fence so it can't be seen from the street.
They are not happy but built a fence to avoid the code enforcers legal bullshit.



The next door neighbor, who is an artist, sympathizes and says he and his son will paint it.
