Roaring Brook roared off Giant Mountain eventually reaching human habitation. This usually calm cold brook meets the Boquet River opposite our property. The boulders and sand pushed almost across the river, raising the water level upstream at our swimming hole and creating new channels downstream.

In other news: The salmon are coming back!

See there, Mom Nature took the bridge or culvert but brought you nice trees to help rebuild.
Don't forget to check for gold in that newly exposed gravel.
