I don't know who started it but they were suing BCBS for antitrust violations. They sent me a post card in the beginning saying I was in it unless I opted out. I just ignored it because the lawyers eat up any settlement anyway, been there done that, got the t-shirt.
Now I get a postcard that they won... so far.  Now if the court approves the lawyers cut and BCBS wins an appeal to lower the settlement the lawyers cut is frozen, only the victims get screwed. I get interested when they send me money.
