Hometown kid blowing everyone away at Olympic trials





I first  learned about him a couple of weeks ago when I saw in the local news that he broke the high school record  -noticed he was from my kids' high school, name seemed familiar even though he's a few years younger then mine -turns out he was at their elementary school too.  Now look at him go -he turned pro yesterday, he's 18!


The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity  Amelia Earhart

Out in the Semis though, by the looks    plenty more time....it's been a huge month for him

VERY IMPRESSIVE~!

Question, what PROfessional activity has he begun?  Is there a place for professional track athletes?
