Sin of Emission

I spotted these two ads on the local radio station website the other day.
They seem to be randomly generated and change frequently.
Yes, I know it's in bad taste...



Incidentally, I did a search for 'Sin of Emission' and found this:

There's a beast in the cellar
There since this building was made.
