I mean... my personal instinct is to just make all the regulars mods, but then the cynic in me says that's way too naive of me.
I suppose I could bump glatt and Limey up to Admins (conferring complete and total control of the board, including deleting it outright), and restrict mods to the barest of abilities (meaning no banning of users or ability to edit someone else's user rank, but still the ability to edit/delete other people's posts--which does leave a username trail when it happens, but nonetheless might get tricky?)
Happy to be democratic about it, you guys tell me what you want.

Mods are one global category, Admins are the other. Everyone else is everyone else.

I wouldn't have a problem with anyone on that list being able to fix minor problems etc and control fires until admins could get there.
