You can if you upload it to YouTube first, then (I believe) just use the < youtube > and < / youtube > tags without the spaces, with the video identifier between them--that's the random bit after the ?v= sign in the URL.

You have to upload it to a third-party image hosting site first, which will give you a forum-formatted link to paste here. Clicking the monkey at the top takes you to one site people have had success with, postimages.org.
