Dominick DeJoy started New Breed (NB) a NY/NJ trucking co, got hurt, turned the business over Dom jr and Mike. Louis DeJoy was at college, then started as a CPA in Florida before moving back to NY as CFO of NB. They reorganized the company as a 3 way partnership.
Business grew, moved to NC, 1 board meeting in 15 years. Dom jr was busy inventing and building sorting machines the USPS paid millions for with the profits going to NB.
 
DeJoy’s wife, Dr. Aldona Woś from Poland, retired physician, active politician.

A complaint filed by Dom jr in North Carolina state court in January 2000 alleges that Louis DeJoy:
  ~forged his brother’s signature to establish joint bank accounts in both of their names.
  ~forced his brother to sign away his ownership stake in New Breed.
  ~restructured New Breed’s ownership to exclude Dominick from the profits.
  ~concealed evidence of the new ownership structure from his brother.
“Dominick Jr trusted Louis, believed he was a capable [accountant], and believed that Louis would responsibly look after all three brothers’ interests,” said the court filing.
 
Louis and Mike allegedly executed a financial shell game to screw Dom jr. Mike created holding companies that did business with New Breed’s clients. Louis assured Dom jr of his share.
Louis reorganized the company again so Dom jr got 15% instead of 33%.
Louis and Mike voted Dom jr out, had security throw him out, police keep him out.
NB filed a counter suit against Dom jr. Settled out of court.
Company sold for $615 million, Lions share to Louis.
$3 million to trump campaign. Louis, Postmaster General. Aldona, white House Commission.
 
At the Post Office...
DeJoy was paid a package totaling $480,985 for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30.
Jacqueline Krage Strako, chief commerce and business solutions officer and
executive vice president, received benefits valued at $616,447.
Deputy Postmaster General Douglas Tulino, chief of HR, got $595,692.
Executive VP Scott Bombaugh, chief technology officer, got $532,090.
Joseph Corbett, CFO and executive VP, received $450,169.
The 5 got $370,622 in bonuses for a 5% increase revenue and smaller net loss.
Of course the net loss could have been even $370,622 smaller.
 
President of the US gets $400,000. Vice President gets $235,100.
