Now. And still have the future income.

Financial advisors are one of those things that I always avoided, because why pays somebody a fair amount of money to tell you you need to tighten your belt and save more?
But I'm glad we hired one a few years ago. I think meeting with one every 5 years or so is a good idea. They can sometimes have tricks you haven't thought of. Or remind you of things you should take advantage of.
I'm glad you can afford a Fanny.
