The President even admitted those WMDs never existed. Some still knew those WMDs existed. For some, reality must be repeated constantly.

Not to worry. Not being familiar with the business model of the average lady of the evening, it has been educational.
That said, I did once hear that it was possible to secure certain favours for less than the price of a hamburger.

Reported was that countries such as Russia could barely make a profit on $50 / barrel oil. I also recall oil had exceeded $100 per barrel at one point (years ago). I guess that was the spot market. Then those graphed prices are long term contract prices - internationally? Whereas gasoline prices are only national?
