F- (F Minus) website asks, “Is your lobbyist failing on climate?”
I think this is aimed at organizations who pay lobbyists to advocate for them, not us po’ folk.
We all suspect much of the lobbying is done in cigar smoke filled cloakrooms, or on private planes.
However F- lists the 1500 or so state level above board registered lobbyists in each state, so I looked at PA. duh
 
PA state level lobbyists = 159, going through the 7 pages of lobbyists it lists the lobbyist and who they work for showing 89 working only fossil fuel interests and 1 working for no fossil fuel interests.
But it’s deceptive in they show between 1 and 13 clients of each, but click on the tiny "view all"...

They call Philadelphia Gas Works a utility, but that could be fossil fuel column also.
Each of the 159 in PA they only list the name of a person so I don't know if they have flunkies working for them or not. However I am sure they have a huge effect on the laws and rules that govern our lives.
