Meet Wellington

My daughter said she wants to figure out a career where she can make enough money to buy a house, so that she can put a giant skeleton in the yard.

I could see that being dolled up with googly eyes and orange & black pom-poms.

Every house should have a pet that comes running out to greet you when you get home.

That’s what Adam was told when one of his ribs was taken to make Eve.
Will Wellington be doing any finger-string tricks?

I got a summons for jury duty to be a standby juror on Monday. I called an automated notification service to see if I still had to go in. I do not.
I don’t know if that’s because they already had enough primary jurors; or, because Joe Biden pardoned all of the defendants.

His Kids for Cash pardon is not making me happy.
I am determined to be a happy gift buyer today.

The kids for cash guy was in home confinement and was scheduled to get out in 2 years. He served almost a decade behind bars before being moved to home confinement as part of the Cares act during covid.
The guy is an absolute tool, but how long should he be incarcerated?
I'm happy, because we're getting a quick visit from our daughter tonight. And will see our son in the next week or so, when he gets tired of skiing and comes home from Burlington for winter break.

I’m feeling vindictive when it comes to people who are manipulating the justice system. He is obviously connected as he opted out of prison during covid and never went back. The other judge had one of his kids suicide after they ruined his future. Both of them should have died in prison. We have a very serious issue with perspective. Violence done by the upper classes through systems continues to be considered fine. They are making vigilante shootings more likely as the systems appear ineffective.

When the judicial system fails to deliver on equality, we move from eternal vigilance is the price of liberty to eternal vigilanteism is the price of liberty. Vigilantes, whether their actions are condoned or not, are often valued as reminders to the upper classes that they’re not untouchable despite their influence to manipulate the system.
I’m happy to be in the vigilant mode rather than vigilante mode.

I wonder if anyone sells an Abominable Snowman costume in Wellington’s size.
