Dr Monster was here.

Monster stopped by on her way home from Seattle.  We sat on the patio and talked, and watched the river go by. And a good time was had by all. Pix when I get to that chapter.

Re: Dr Monster was here.

Thank you for hosting me so graciously, you guys have an amazing back yard!  Sorry I couldn't stop long, I was trying to avoid too much night driving -my aged post-stroke eyes don't enjoy it so much, and it's worse when I'm getting tired.

I made it to familiar Michigan freeways before the light faded and landed about midnight (11 your time), in one piece.  The car may need a new bearing, and definitely needs new wipers and an oil change! 2610 miles (most on the last two days) from Seattle to Ann Arbor via Glacier National Park with a spot of whitewater rafting and a detour via Going To The Sun road.

We didn't get a pic together though, so I'm just going to start the rumor right now that Fargon and I are one and the same.....

We are glad you came by. Next time there will be barbeque. The meat was still frozen Saturday morning.
