Welp, they’re actually killing us now.

Everybody here saw this coming a mile away. Protesting in Boston today, hopefully Trump’s agitators are properly out numbered.

Al Capone would discuss putting someone on Ice.  If he only knew how advanced his thinking really was.

No problem.  We simply look through the holes.

Explains why so many "hot heads" need bigger guns.  Even in a Minneapolis winter.

The same amount it takes for everyone. That's not something that draws any distinction between people.

Re: Welp, they’re actually killing us now.

Thelma and Louise did not go about shooting innocent people because they were entitled.  Even police (being honest) cannot fire upon a fleeing bank robbers who has no gun.  Both common sense and the law.  But then one who even praises Al Capone says his power to fire upon anyone is limited by his own "morality".  Somebody said so.  So it must be true.

That’s neither common sense nor the law. IAW the US Supreme Court in Tennessee v. Garner:

JUSTICE WHITE delivered the opinion of the Court.

This case requires us to determine the constitutionality of the use of deadly force to prevent the escape of an apparently unarmed suspected felon. We conclude that such force may not be used unless it is necessary to prevent the escape and the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.

Using firearm possession by a perp as shoot / no shoot criteria is a red herring. The criteria is a significant threat which can be posed by any means including vehicles.

Video clearly desmonstrates that no such condition existed.  Ofiicer was standing untouched as the vehciles passed to his left.     Even most of his bullets entered through side windows.  He was not even in front of the vehicle when firing only in anger.

Only an extremist will not see what is obvious.  And so again, your post contracts what only extremists order the most naive to believe.  Patriotic Americans (moderates) instead see what is clearly obvious.  An agent doing even what the ICE manual says he must not do.

Why is the state banned from this investigation?  State lawmen are always involved in investigations involving the FBI.  But then honesty might exist.  Extremists fired all senior management in the FBI.  Replacing all with right wing extremists.  If the state was part of this investigation, then honesty might happen.  And it might then have integrity.  That is not the purpose of righteous extremism.

01/24/2026--
2nd Amendment abolished. Federal government issues official statement announcing that legally carrying a firearm is justification for summary execution.

Every conservative has to pick a position: 1) be opposed to this, or 2) never mention 2nd Amendment rights, ever again. From now until the end of time.

This will never go away and nobody will ever forget about this. 2nd Amendment rights are DEAD as a political issue. You can't hide from this.

Re: Welp, they’re actually killing us now.

I suspect many permit holders were carrying firearms there. Only one of them showed such poor judgement that law enforcement perceived a threat. If you engage in unlawful activity (e.g. interfering with law enforcement), refuse to surrender a firearm on demand by law enforcement (a condition of holding a permit), and resist arrest for the aforementioned unlawful behaviors; then, you’re a bonafide armed threat. If it looks like a duck, acts like a duck and quacks like a duck, don’t be surprised if it gets shot on the first day of duck hunting season.

Those in law enforcement at all levels hold this truth to be self evident: “It’s better to be tried by twelve, than carried by six.

If you put them in a position where they feel they have to make that choice, one must understand at that point their job is not to die for their beliefs; but, to give you the maximum opportunity to die for yours.

The Second Amendment is alive and well. You just can’t use it to intimidate or threaten others. BTW, the First Amendment is alive and well too. You just can’t use it to shout “FIRE” in a crowded theater.

It’s a balancing act, deciding where one person’s rights end because another person’s rights begin.

Re: Welp, they’re actually killing us now.

The decedent wanted to help immigrants. The decedent’s last job position is now open to a qualified immigrant. The decedent will never claim what was put into Medicare and Social Security. That results in greater availability for a hard working immigrant who may fill the decedent’s last job position so the immigrant will have a healthy an financially secure old-age lifestyle. This was all made possible by the ICE ANGELS (they’re like HELL’S ANGELS… only after hell freezes over). It’s a miracle!

PS: States that issue firearm carry permits; also, those where a permit is not needed (Constitutional carry), already have laundry lists of places and circumstances in which it’s illegal to carry firearms regardless (e.g. courthouses, schools, banks, municipally owned  public transportation, posted private property, while under the influence, … et cetera, et cetera, et cetera).
