International law defines Israel's Likud and Trump's extremists as international criminals.   Along with Milosevic, Hitler, the Hutus of Rwanda, and Pol Pot.  The ICC was created to punish such criminals.  One learns from history.  American anti-Americans (such as Nixon) do damage to America.  Its citizens, its economy, its reputation, and its low term wealth.

America and Israel are also violating other international laws.  Article 2(4) of the UN charter defined territorial integrity.  Sovereign borders must remain stable and cannot be altered by a threat or use of force. This law justifies massive freedom to ensure their borders are protected from external aggression. 

If Ukraine still had nuclear weapons or if other nations honored their promise to protect Ukraines border, then massive attack on Russia would be legal.  But  America's leader were replaced with emotional and righteous, ignorant people.

To avoid WWIII, a massive attack by Europe and North America, for Ukraines defense, would have made future wars unlikely.   Next Russian target was to be Latvia.  Fortunately for America, Ukraine did not surrender.

A lesson from WWII that would have averted WWII.

To win a war, three things must exist.  First is a smoking gun.  Pearl Harbor was the smoking gun.  Gulf of Tonkin and Saddam's WMD were both examples of why the attack failed.

Second, a strategic objective must exist.  No way around that,  Unconditional surrender was that in WWII.  Vietnam had none.  A mythical regime change in Iraq meant 5,000 American servicemen were wasted for no purpose.

Bombing them into the stone age - in Vietnam and Iran - is never a strategic objective.  Only those will total military ignorance promote that lie.  Even educated citizens would know that.

Third, an exit strategy must always exist based in the strategic objective.  Potsdam, Bretton Woods, and Yalta were example of a necessary exist strategy.   Mistakes were made.  But considering the massive scope, its success is amazing after WWII.

For example, how can so many atrocities  (Pearl Harbor, the Bataan death march, carpet bombing of Tokyo and other cities, atomic bombs) result in Japan and the US becoming such close friends five years later?  A tribute to people (ie Marshal, Shigeru Yoshida, MacArthur, and so many other intelligent and little people) who made an exit strategy possible.  Remember, wars are won or lost 6 months AFTER military actions end.

Rumsfeld and Cheney were so dumb as to claim American does not do nation building.  No Phase Four planning is a formula for defeat.  America spend $3 trillion and accomplished nothing.  Leaving Iraq massively less productive than it was even under Saddam.

All three points that cause a military defeat are fully obvious in Iran.

Nobody is discussing Likud's (the Nazi party of Israel) intentional violation of international law.  Israel clearly intends to annex the entire south end of Lebanon.  Last week they finally destroyed a last bridge over the Litani River.  Don't for one moment ignore that Likud (just like in the West Bank and in Gaza) intends to violate Article 2(4).  And needs America's UN veto to protect their crimes.

No wonder that most of Africa has moved to become friendly with China.  In increasing numbers have been voting against American UN interests.

Obama created the TPP.  An economic trading block for every country from Canada, Peru, Vietnam, Japan and Australia.  Less than half of those nations are severing ties with the US.  Even Canada is requesting increased and  closer relations with China.  Due to American leaders driven by penis logic. With contempt for all allies.

Anti-Americans, running the American government, even want to violate UN article 2(4) to steal Greenland.  Worse, Trump also repeatedly confuses Greenland with Iceland.

America fired 21 top generals because they were saying America is losing the war in Iran.  And committing international crimes even in the Caribbean.  And (apparently) intended to invade Cuba next.

Scary are so many with a head buried in sand.  Do not see what is happening.  Do not even see Trump's long term intent for a "1984" (ie unrestricted use of AI to create a Chinese style society). Another characteristic of a despot's contempt for democracy.  No different from Richard Nixon's attitudes and actions.  But Nixon's extremist supporters did not control Congress and the Supreme Court.

He is not talking about withdrawing.  He is now escalating.  Including deployment of ground troops as necessary.  Obviously America is not winning.  Using the exact same logic that justified Vietnam and Mission Accomplished.

Still waiting for Trump to declare he sees light at the end of the tunnel.

Meanwhile the Pacific Command says Trump has depleted their abilities.   To attack Iran.  Xi told his military to prepare of the invasion of Taiwan in 2027.  American commanders in the Pacific now have that, a severe shortage of munitions, and a major corruption scandal involving many top Admirals and Captain to worry about.  Trump does not care.

For the same reason he did not pay contractors for Taj Mahal.  His entire life has only and always been about him.

Once conventional munitions are depleted, we know Trump will not abstain from going nuclear.  It is in his nature as demonstrated over the past 40 years.

Nixon almost did same in Vietnam.  He had already planned to nuke North Vietnam.    Facts only recently discovered by researchers.  What caused him to think twice and change his mind was this.

Unknown is how many Tomahawk missiles have been reassigned from nuclear to converntional warheads.  Probably none.  But unknown.  Last number seen says the US used many conventional weaspons in each of 21,000 attacks.  We are punishing even innocent people in Iran.  As if that will create a regime change.

Even each drone required a millon dollar missile.  Eventually the supply was depleted resulting in so many successful drone attack on air refueling tankers, an AWACs, the CIA station in Riyad, air defense radars in Bahrain and Jordan, etc.
