Re: Henry where are you?

There's plenty of picture of who was inside plus the NSA has the records of whose phone was there. The ones arrested so far have been charged with being in an area they knew they shouldn't be which is kind of a dumb charge for seditionists. Maybe that's for Trump to pardon and then they can be charged with the serious stuff.

Talking Pence into firing Trump is like convincing a puppy not to wag his tail.
The house can impeach but former US Secretary of Transportation’s husband would block that.
Joe says he doesn’t want any part of it because it’s time to bring the country together and heal.
So trump gets a pension, security detail, travel allowance, and a chance to run again.

Not a great plan - they didn't bring firearms

How are you gonna have an insurrection without arms? What do you do with hostages without the threat of executing them?

Frickin' amateurs

Re: Henry where are you?

i mean, a whole bunch of them did bring guns, including the first zip tie guy (Eric Munchel of Tennessee) who brought a sidearm. or the guy arrested around the corner with a rifle and 11 napalm molotov cocktails. a lot of the people who went into the capitol did not, but at least some did.

Re: Henry where are you?

There's a small part of me feels some sympathy for some of the protesters. They have been fed a diet of lies and seem to genuinely believe that their democratic election has been stolen from them in a communist paedophile plot and that Satan walks the land and they are doing the work of good patriots

For some of these people, they got carried away with the crowd - it felt good, it felt righteous, and God was on their side. They were making themselves heard against what they see as the total corruption of the political system

Some are dyed in the wool white supremacists, but many aren't - many are just ordinary people swept up in the madness of the moment, and radicalised by a massively well-funded propaganda machine

What happens next is going to be a really unpleasant wake up call for some of them.

Re: Henry where are you?

It's not surprising that random individuals brought such stuff - idiots are everywhere. An actual insurrection requires a plot involving hundreds

The numbers are important, once it gets to about ten people, it is hard to keep secret a plot just to kidnap a governor

In the end, thankfully, only person who got shot and killed was by security

There's a small part of me feels some sympathy for some of the protesters

The irony is they thought they were preventing a coup, not starting one

Americans can defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Civilian intervention is expected to be in the form of peaceful protests and for good reason...

The provision for armed intervention is poorly understood. It's not enough to simply organize an armed protest. It must be well regulated (as in a well regulated militia) and the onus is on the interventionists to make it so. Those who don't, fall by the wayside being labeled criminals, insurrectionists and domestic terrorists. Patriotism, the last refuge of a scoundrel.

God, Guns, Guts and Glory in support of the Constitution is the purview of the well regulated, not for amateurs, wannabes or pretenders. Indeed, they're in for a rude awakening.

Major difference between idoits (adults who still think like children) and other such children who are radicialized.

How many fans bring bombs and AK-47s to football games?  All those idiots do not.  The radicalized do when top management orders it - just like Trump did.  Just like Fox News does.  85% of this problem is traceable where?

Never ignore how easily adults, who think like children, can be manipulated / radicalized.  They ignore facts with numbers.  Confirmation bias is deeply entrenched.  Their attitude is "Me, Me, Me". They make decisions by "cherry picking". Which means 140 character soundbytes are proof.  They have a 30 second attention span.  Cannot even grasp a five paragraph executive summary (a short attention span).  Are experts because their emotions are proof.

What also proves murder is justified?  He made me angry.  He dissed me.

This insults no one.  This summarizes bluntly what the problem is.  The problem must always be defined long before any discussion about a solution.  Such people will never hear facts or numbers.  Only their emotions matter.  Explains why waving flags, singing patriotic songs, and carrying assault rifles works on adults who are still children.

America's greatest patriots did not do any of that.  When was the last time you saw Albert Einstein, Walter Brattain, or Kelly Johnson waving American flags and singing patriotic songes?  They saved America by acting in adult manners.

Never forget that Americans are most easily enticed by Nazi concepts.  As Stanley Milgram so obviously demonstrated.  And that Guantanamo so well proves.

We have so many people who love to lie.  Since that makes them rich (ie Trump).  We do not have enough people who learn this.  Who did not see Trump for what he always was even in the 1980s. He was never a patriotic American.

When someone tells you what to believe, does not say why, and does not cite relevant numbers, then he is lying. Only adults thinking like adults know that.  Which is why 5,000 Americans should have never been massacred uselessly in "Mission Accomplished".  Flint Michigan water should have never happened. Seven Challenger astronauts should have never been murdered.  We have people such as Limbaugh, Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Fox News, and others whose emotions are somehow proof or who crave power by doing exactly what Hitler did.

Two entities.  Those who do it.  And followers who let themselves be radicalized.  All traceable to the common factor.  Adults who stil think like children.  And never learn how to stop being a child.  They will always exist.  We must learn how to stop letting them all become Timothy McVeighs.  Stop thinking in terms of "Me, Me, Me" (ie not wear masks).

Always first identify the problem.

America and the Constitution are under attack only by those so many and now radicalized adults who are thinking just like Timothy McVeigh.  One indication of an adult who is a child - he needs assault weapons.  His emotions need glory.  He is even so brainwashed as to think God has anything to do with it.  Those are America's greatest threats.

God, Guns, Guts and Glory will radicalize adults who are children into Nazis or Communists.

As an aside: it's been 280 characters since 2017

As a meta aside: I told you about this change in 2019

Apparently you keep forgetting it was discussed before.  These people cannot read beyond the 141st character. So it was not upgraded for maybe a decade.

So why do you keep ignoring that reply?  Was it too many characters?

Many charges against so many early arrested were possession of illegal firearms.  Many guns were in that crowd.  In a town where those guns are illegal.  They were doing what Trump, Guiliani, and Sen Hawley told them to do.

Re: Henry where are you?

Don't know why this showed up in recommended videos - wow the comment section is disturbing.

examples:
'Like we have been told from the beginning.."they will be there", then they WON'T!! We won't hear anything till IT'S all over....emphasizing "TRUST THE PLAN" and watch the show. It's called "Watch them go missing, one by one"

''She is being detained for questioning. Caught at the border supposedly?.'
'

'The rumor for past 2 days is Nancy was arrested trying to flee the country .... this video provides further credence to that rumor.'

'I was wondering about Nancy today. Anyone seen Hillary recently? I haven't, but maybe others have. President Trump mentioned her at the Georgia rally and how she's been quiet, could it be a clue.'

Trump was a perpetrator who thought himself a victim, and American society has indulged that same illusion among Trump supporters.

Capitol Police, especially when they found out a mob was coming from an Instagram message, is much different than the Secret Service. Nancy is 3rd in line for the White House so she gets extra attention.

Yesterday he was released (wtf?) with an ankle monitor and the provision that he find a job not with Antifa:

A lot of this is a subsection of people who just live on the adrenaline from chaos and destruction ... don't care so much about a political movement, they want the rush of the dangerous mob.

But both sides will then use these people to project their narratives and ultimately do their bidding
