The problem with that is Putin and company will always have all the coffee they can drink but the frantic parents of solders off to war won't.

Spalding Grey had a very funny story in his "Monster in a Box" monologue. He related how when he was traveling in Russia with a tour group the coffee was so awful the entore tour group comlained that they couldn't wake up, were so tired feeling and no one could take a crap. He figured that it wasn't just decaffeinated but that all the caffeine had been removed to be used in other industries.

He was much funnier than I described. Here is a clip from the movie but I heard him in person telling the story and it was a bit different.
