For a shop that does a lot of car fabricating and or engine swaps this tool would be worth it's weight in gold.

Stromberg was one of the giants in carburation over the decades, but I never heard of their other early products.
The made windshield wipers they advertised as "Snowplows for your Windshield", and these shocks...

Stromberg was also one of five manufacturers in the world that make crossbar switching for telephone exchanges. Where an entire building contained a massive framework of switches and relays. Stromberg-Carlson.

My Ford had a Stromberg-Carlson one barrel carburetor.

He sold Stromberg-Carlson in 1904. He died in 1913 and the carburetor division of Stromberg Motor Devices to Bendix in 1929. Today Stromberg-Carlson is making RV accessories. Bendix stopped making Stromberg carbs in 1974 but the Stromberg carbs have been resurrected in England.

This horse ambulance in NYC during the 1940s is a nice rig. I'm curious about the traffic light in the upper left. It looks like it has 2 colors in each direction. I thought by the 1940s they were all 3 color lights in the big cities. May be for trolleys or streetcars?
