My doctor and I think I have skin cancer on my hand. I'm going in for tests next week.

Good luck brother. Don’t delay treatment!

I wish that was more reassuring.

If all else fails, my uncle shared a tip he got from a veterinarian. Turn a container of canned air upside down to spray refrigerant on the site. Freeze the tissue and pick it off. Repeat daily as needed.

Best of luck, fargon. Hopefully they just go ahead and remove it, and the testing is just for information purposes afterward.

Good luck Fargon.  Hopefully it's the "good" kind of skin cancer.  My wife has had that kind 3 times, and it's not really "good," but she's alive and kicking.

My local VA photographs suspicious skin lesions and sends them 75 miles away for a dermatologist to look at.
Then, of course, you have to drive the same distance for follow-up and again for treatment(s).

The spot on my hand that everyone thinks is cancer, keeps going away and reappearing. Is it cancer we don't know.
