I'm in awe of people like Monster who can continue the running. I guess you develop a routine and just do it, but I'm sure there's a lot of days you don't feel like it.
Plus training for a marathon, or athlon of the bi, tri, dec varieties is unimaginable.

I rode after work yesterday afternoon. This is our backup bike as I’m waiting for parts on my trail bike. I had forgotten how good an old school XC feels on the trail. It accelerates so easily and is very twitchy so requires more focus which is kinda the point. It gets you out of your head or punishes you.
