Re: Food is good, but what are you drinking?

Turns out I was wrong.

I poured a glass of mead instead.  This is one I bottled in 2011, labeled "sweet, oaked, 2011".  Catchy, no?  whatevz, it's tasty!

ps, tried to get the OP in the shot, half credit.  unless I'm THAT DRUNK, the glass seems to be in focus at least.

I don't have a good answer to this problem either.

Re: Food is good, but what are you drinking?

I'm no expert but it doesn't look like moonshine to me either.  What definitions are we all using here?

Re: Food is good, but what are you drinking?

It's got chocolate and coffee added to it, that would change the color of anything.

Re: Food is good, but what are you drinking?

Ok, so it's not really moonshine. It's a liquer produced by a distillery that makes moonshine. They have tons of flavored moonshine, and I mistakenly thought this was one too. However, being 40 proof, it might as well be one.

Bailey's now makes a 'Strawberries and Cream' version of their famous Irish Cream, and it's as good as you're thinking.
