Is this an AI image? This is the worst drawing I have ever seen.
This was the thumbnail for a published article. They thought this was ready for the press.
Is it possible that, given the choice of a free, AI image, they paid an intern $5 to draw this?

The girls' arms are crossing. each has an arm around the man's neck. the arm on the left (right gir's arm) seems a bit too big, but otherwise makes sense spatially. I guess human.

I see it as outer arms folded and inner arms extended. Left girl's outer elbow is down, right girl's outer elbow is pointed back. Right girl's inner arm is a bit bigger than I would expect, but not egregiously so, in my view.
