Long ago the capitalist pigs figured out they could get a big bang for their advertising  buck by putting their name on T-shirts.
Then they discovered people would actually pay them to have the corporate name on their shirt.
Some figured out people would pay exorbitant prices for shirts with prestigious names on them.
With all that experience it didn't take long to figure out people would wear ads on their face.
