If you want to be a citizen where you'will be underpaid, overtaxed and suffer Nelsons taunts "HA HA"
Part of the ordeal is an oral test of 10 questions. Once you get 6 right they stop.
Now the inquisitor can't be bias because the 10 questions come from a written list of 100 which have been carefully vetted and written (printed) along with acceptable responses.
Want to know what the magic 100 are? Of course you do
There's a lot you were taught in Jr High but people taking the test didn't go to a US Jr High.

I stumbled on this report published in early 2023.

=13pxI was surprised Spirits have pulled slightly ahead of beer in Market Share while wine is a distant 3rd.
=13pxI thought with all the wine memes on the net it had a bigger footprint.
=13pxI gather the reason Spirits have taken a big jump is various smaller items like Tequila, Cordials, Rums, have developed a loyal following. Vodka holds onto #1 but pre-mixed cocktails are balls to the wall gaining due to convenience and portability.

Now since I'm always dedicated to edumacating the unwashed masses I sacrificed my time and effort to pull the information from that poster that I'm interested it.
That being the language and it's group root, it's ranking, number of speakers and native speakers.
That means they are not listed #1 through #100 in order.

Not talking but speaking would be proper.
I fell for this clickbait of the top 100 languages.
It's a poster 11" wide and 40 inches high which may make sense to the guy that gathered the info and designed it. But even full size I had trouble reading the tiny print. It daisy chained the roots of these 100 tongues showing some that died or or more often merged. But we know if the don't talk American they ain't good guys.

I had no idea some of those were defunct. I just hadn't seen them in a while.
They were all legal working labels owned by someone(s). They may have stopped because the owner died or quit. They may have been the victim of a bankruptcy or merger, or hostile takeover. There's a million and one reasons for a label to go dark but not dead, just mostly dead, They could be revived if ownership changes hands, or pangs of nostalgia. Hell they could reappear as decals for your hubcaps if Don Draper can figure out how to make a buck from it.

Chances are if you find yourself too close to another aircraft it's above or below you. Seems to me making a hard right bank rolling the ship would extend the danger zone from the blades up and down. I'm sure they put a lot of thought into why standardizing that move was the best option but I don't understand the logic.

When I was about 13ish I can remember sitting on a pile of hay and this girl about a year younger whos folks rented my uncles house across the street telling me I should be peeking the windows because her mother liked to walk around in a Fredrick's of Hollywood bra and half-slip. Then she said she would show me hers if I showed her mine. If one or both of us had our noses buried in a phone we would have missed the whole thing. A tragedy for sure.
PS... I didn't take her up on it. Her folks were renting while their new house was being built as they were moving into town because her father was the new Superintendent of schools. I was afraid to rile him as even mellow educated men are funny about daughters. But she fueled my imagination for months.

I read if they were single file on the same orbit it would be 4 miles between them. Can't check that without investigating altitude and I'm too lazy.
