I don't know if they are serious, it was all in German but they had charts and graphs with circles and arrows and probably a paragraph on the back.

I'm guessing they are riffing on the "have it your way" theme and that those are not actual sandwiches. Although the ex likes sauerkraut and peanut butter sandwiches, so who knows?

They may just have been goofing on the strange cravings preggers get for Mother's Day.
It was hard enough translating the burger names.

This is Germany. Everything must have more letters.
What does 'gesundheit' mean?
Health

To be honest, the burger patty is what ruins a lot of those combinations for me. Without those, I would 100% eat the:
fried egg & banana
strawberry ice cream & fries
fish fingers & applesauce*
cucumber & jam
cream & gherkins (though I'd take off the raw onions)
*strictly speaking I wouldn't eat this one, because fish sticks are inherently gross on their own--but sub in potato latkes with applesauce on that sandwich and you've got a deal.

Yeah, some didn't sound too bad taste wise, but OMG messy. Need a bib for most.

Can't stand a wet burger. I eat a lot of things with a knife and fork, you go get a burger and it's fcking dripping with sauce, bread completely soaked through.

German just glues together words to make new words.
Krankheit (pronounced Cronkite) means sickness. and ambulance? Krankwagen.
Glove? How about Handschuh? (Handshoe)
Why not "foot wrist" for ankle?
